YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Marek is a Certified Hatha Yoga teacher.  He received his training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago.   He teaches proper bone alignment with correct muscle engagement. His instructions are detailed and emphasize breath awareness and connecting with your inner feelings. Marek incorporates Yoga in his Martial Art classes, and believes that these two arts have many similarities in common. Marek is always looking for the similarities, instead of the differences between two elements.
YOGA STYLE
Hatha yoga teaches proper body alignment and prepares the practitioner for meditation.  Regular practice purifies the body and the mind. It develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and steadiness, bringing greater balance on all levels (Body, Mind and Spirit).

Hatha yoga balances "ha"- solar/stimulating energy and "tha"- lunar/calming energy.
YOGA CLASS
End your day with well rounded class of Classical Hatha which will leave you well balanced, centered and calm. We'll begin in centering, continue with a warm up to awaken and lengthen the spine, and to stabilize and gently open the shoulders & hips.

Then we'll move on to standing postures and then cool down in resolution to balance the heat and energy we have created. 
In this class we will explore seated and standing asanas (postures) , twists, backbends, inversions and balancing poses, pranayama
(breathing techniques), dharana (concentration), cultivating inner perceptual awareness, and dhyana (meditation).
